Hunt Visuals Filming & Photography
For builders and contractors

Your sites, shot properly.

Photos, video and drone from the jobs you actually have running. You pick the shots that go out, and everything is graded before it reaches you.

Two ways to do it

Pick the one that fits the job.

One is photography on a single property, the other is a full day moving between your sites with video and drone as well. Same camera, same editing, same person turning up.

Option 01

Photography, on its own.

For a finished job that deserves proper photographs. I work through the property room by room, then the exterior and the aerials, and you pick the thirty that go out.

  • Up to 30 edited photos. You get the full gallery and choose the thirty you want edited, rather than a set someone else picked for you.
  • Inside and out. Every room, the garden, the outbuildings and the detail people actually look for.
  • Aerials are in the same gallery. Drone shots of the elevation and the grounds sit next to the ground level frames and count as part of your thirty. No separate drone fee, where the location allows flying.
  • Colour graded, not just exported. Windows hold their view, whites stay white, no orange interiors.
  • Usually two to three hours on site, depending on the size of the property.

Option 02

A day on your sites.

One day, as many of your sites as we can fit into it. Stills, video and drone at each one, then everything edited and graded before it comes back to you.

  • Up to six hours on site. Realistically two or three sites in the day, more if they are close together. You tell me the run order and I work to it.
  • Up to 50 edited photos. Across the whole day, from whichever sites they came from. Full gallery over to you, you choose the fifty.
  • Every video clip, colour graded. Not a showreel, the actual clips. Ground level and aerial, cut to the usable takes and sent over ready to post or to hand to whoever edits.
  • Drone at every site. Aerials of the plot, the elevation and the progress, where the location allows flying. No separate drone fee.
  • Progress, detail and finished work. Groundworks, structure, the trades on the tools, the close up detail, and the finished elevation if a job is at that stage.
  • Colour graded, not just exported. No orange interiors and no grey British sky ruining a finished house.

Straight answer

What is not in either price.

Worth being clear up front so there are no surprises when the files land. All of it can be quoted separately.

Quoted separately
  • Pieces to camera or interviews. Both options are filming days, not talking head days.
  • Edited videos, reels or cutdowns built from the clips.
  • Captions, posting or account management.
  • A second day, or a site that will not fit inside the six hours.
  • Travel beyond the local run, charged at 45p a mile from BN16 4EP.
  • Floor plans, EPCs and anything an estate agent normally supplies.
How it runs

Three steps, and you are done.

Nothing for you to organise beyond telling me where the sites are and who to speak to when I get there.

Step one
Book the date
Send me the addresses and roughly when you want them shot. Bright, dry days get first pick, so the earlier the better on anything with an exterior.
Step two
The day itself
I work through each site in turn, stills then video then drone, and move on. Around two hours a site. You carry on working, nothing is staged unless you want it to be.
Step three
You pick, I edit
The full gallery comes over to you. Choose your shots and the edited set comes back, with the graded clips alongside on a site day. Usually within a week.
Next step

Pick a date.

My shoot availability is live. Grab the day that suits, put the first site address in, and I will come back to confirm the run order for the rest.
